In Case you are making a payment via Standard Chartered Online Banking, IFSC Code is not required. You many simply select the option ‘transfer to another SCB bank account’ to process the payment.
American Express Credit Card Payment through UPI
You can also pay bill through UPI (Unified Payment Interface). You need to login through any UPI enabled mobile banking app / BHIM and pay.

In case if your bank account and credit card issuer are same, you can pay bill by calling customer care.
American Express Credit Card Payment by Cash
